— ADD-ONS / OPTIONAL DELIVERY
Optional add-ons. After the strategy work.
The three solutions stand on their own. These are for clients who also need something built or run on their behalf.
Most clients don't need any of these. None are sold standalone — every add-on sits on top of a Solutions engagement.

Website Builds
We build the site. You own it. It works.
Small, fast, content-led websites for SMEs. The middle path between a freelance build that lasts six months and an agency engagement that takes two months and costs five figures.
The problem. Your current site looks like everyone else's, loads slowly, and the contact form doesn't always land. Search engines pass over it and visitors bounce. You don't need a redesign — you need a small, fast, honest site that earns its keep.
Ideal for. Solicitors, accountants, owner-operators, hospitality groups, and trades whose current site is older than their last sales cycle.
What you get:
- The core pages your customers actually need (typically 3–7)
- Contact form wired straight to your inbox
- SEO setup — schema markup, sitemap, analytics — that most freelancers skip
- A short handover walkthrough so you can edit it yourself
- Thirty days of post-launch support
- A site you own outright, on hosting you control
Tiers:
- Starting. Tight-budget clients. Trades, single-owner service businesses, anyone who would otherwise self-build on a template.
- Standard. Small professional firms, established trades, anyone running a real business with real budget.
- Premium. Established firms with 15+ employees. Content-led brands. Anyone with revenue per customer over $5,000.

Blog Automation
Thirty SEO-tuned posts a month. We run the engine, you run the business.
A daily content cron with brand-voice tuning. The same engine running on this site — read what it ships at /blog. Light, Standard, and Premium tiers depending on how much editorial review you want.
The problem. Your site needs content but you're the bottleneck. Consistent blogging is the marketing fix that compounds, and the one nobody has time to do. Freelancers ship 300-word filler that nobody reads. Ignoring it means staying invisible while competitors publish.
Ideal for. Owner-operators with a defined ICP and clear pillar topics. Established trades and professional firms with budget for a content asset. Anyone who's tried agency-quality blogging and balked at the rates.
What you get:
- Pillar architecture matched to your ICP — three pillars in strict rotation
- Daily cron — thirty posts a month, in your voice, on your site
- Brand-tuned system prompt with banned-phrase list and a 'say this, not that' library
- Internal-link graph wired (each post links a service, a case study, two related posts)
- Article, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD on every post — AI-crawler ready
- Monthly summary email with what shipped and what's next
Tiers:
- Light. Cron and monitoring only. No editorial review. For clients who trust the engine once it's tuned.
- Standard. Cron, monitoring, monthly check-in call, and a quarterly content strategy review.
- Premium. Editorial review of every post before publish. Quarterly pillar rebalancing. Custom prompt iteration as your business shifts.

Maintenance Retainer
Updates, backups, and small edits. The quiet retainer.
The recurring care that keeps the site running after launch. Six-month minimum, then month-to-month. The first three months are free with every build.
The problem. Sites break quietly. Plugins update, WordPress patches, hosting shifts, and by the time you notice your site is down, hours of business have been lost. Without active maintenance, this is a question of when, not if.
Ideal for. Any client whose site we've built. Most keep this running indefinitely after the first six months — the first three months are free, and the work proves itself.
What you get:
- WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
- Daily backups, verified weekly
- Uptime monitoring with alerts to us, not you
- Security monitoring (Standard tier and above)
- Small content edits — 1 to 6 hours per month, depending on tier
- Quarterly performance check (Standard) or strategy call (Premium)
Tiers:
- Light. Core updates, backups, monitoring, and one hour of small edits per month. For sites that mostly sit still.
- Standard. Light tier plus security monitoring, three hours of edits, and a quarterly site audit. For active sites with regular content.
- Premium. Standard plus six hours of edits, a monthly written report, quarterly strategy call, and one A/B test per quarter.
