Engagement

Engagements with The Boring Digital Co. begin with a written scope and agreed fee. All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment; after the initial period, services continue on a month-to-month basis with renewal that must be earned, not auto-billed.

Notice & Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing engagements with 30 days' written notice. Fixed-scope projects run to defined completion.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables produced for a client become the client's property on full payment. We retain rights to general methods, frameworks, and anonymised case insights.

Payment

Invoices net 15 unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may pause active work.
